Board Member Interest Form

MTSHRM is seeking engaged, passionate volunteers to serve in Board and Committee leadership roles. With nearly 1,500 members, our volunteer leaders help advance the HR profession, strengthen the Middle Tennessee business community, and create meaningful programs, resources, and connections.

You don’t need an HR background to serve. We welcome HR professionals, business owners, consultants, educators, workforce development professionals, nonprofit leaders, and others who can bring valuable expertise, perspectives, relationships, and leadership to MTSHRM.

We are especially interested in experience in areas such as finance, legal, sponsorships/fundraising, business development, marketing and communications, events, nonprofit governance, and board development.
