MTSHRM Volunteer Form

Thank you for being interest in volunteering with MTSHRM! There are a number of personal and professional benefits in volunteering, the BEST of which is networking with other HR professionals in our community with whom you share common interests. When you work together on a committee or on an event, you tend to learn more about each other and build those relationships, one-on-one. You can find info about each committee below

• Membership: The Membership Committee focuses on member recruitment and retention along with member engagement.
• Programs: The Programs committee helps run our in-person and virtual events including conferences, chapter meetings, and webinars.
• Diversity & Inclusion: The Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee is a team of strategic human resource and diversity professionals within Middle Tennessee SHRM dedicated to supporting its members in the area of diversity. 
• Mentoring: The Mentor Committee helps with fostering collaboration between students and HR leaders.
• Emerging Professionals: The Emerging Professionals group is designed to empower emerging HR leaders with the knowledge, skills, and connections needed to thrive in the evolving world of human resources.
