Data Driven Talent Sourcing

Program Description: The art and science of finding, engaging, and gaining the interest of top, passive talent in a very hot market takes the right mix of detective work, data analysis, storytelling, and sales know-how to be successful. All of these skills are a must when dealing with business leaders and hiring managers to help them understand market realities as well as prospective candidates who sometimes don't want to be found and/or bothered. Taking a data driven approach to sourcing can equip Talent Acquisition to be able to effectively manage both sides and create solutions that meet the needs of the organization and the individual.
