LaCinda Glover is a Senior Principal and in addition to her consulting role, she is the Career practice leader for Tennessee. LaCinda’s experience includes compensation and benefits design and competitive assessments, executive compensation, evaluating the EVP and employee experience, career frameworks, and total rewards strategy. She is a frequent speaker at HR forums throughout the Southeast as has recently been quoted in articles by the Wall Street Journal and CNBC. She holds a BS in Mathematics/Actuarial Science and a BA in Economics and with four young kids, has a passion for empowering working moms and their employers. Ben Merrill is a Senior Principal and brings over 25 years of experience designing and delivering innovative rewards and HR solutions for large companies in the healthcare and technology industries. His expertise is in employee rewards, executive compensation, and total rewards strategies. Ben has achieved SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
