Adrienne is a Principal for Mercer Health & Benefits and is the local Managing Director of the business in Nashville, Tennessee. With over fifteen years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, she works closely with clients to develop and execute strategies surrounding their benefit plans. She also serves as Mercer’s Client Solutions Leader in the East market, a unique role within the firm dedicated to finding solutions to client needs in the health and benefits space and socializing those solutions amongst her peers in the practice.

Megan has spent her 15-year career partnering with organizations and leadership of all sizes, across multiple industries. Megan loves processes and people and leads her teams with a compassionate management approach. When working with her business partners, she focuses on strategically building a strong foundation with compassion and the modern worker in mind followed by implementing strategic initiatives that will position those companies as the best place to work within a competitive market. She’s a student of the Human Resources field, loves trying to be creative, staying up to date on the latest employment trends, cultural initiatives, capitol hill changes and believes that ‘one size fits all’ does not exist in the HR world. While she has spent her career leading all aspects of the employee life cycle, her specialty areas are Employee Relations, Compliance, Compensation and Benefit Administration.

Justin Mannino has been working in the hospitality industry for just short of 20 years in which he has spent over 15 year practicing Human Resources. Justin is currently the Area Director of Human Resources with Hyatt Hotels Corporation overseeing Thompson Nashville and Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville.

Kimberly Remmert is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with extensive experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle and the evolution of the new workforce. She has been a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams in various industries, but most of her career has been in the insurance industry. She is skilled in leading the employee experience that ensures employee engagement and increased retention. She is married and has two grown children, Noah (23) and Olivia (21). She spends her free time walking the trails with her labradoodle, Bentley. She relocated to Nashville almost a year ago and she has enjoyed meeting so many wonderful, friendly people in the community.
