Program Description: Come join us for breakfast and a presentation on how top performing HR teams are influencing strategic growth in their organizations and how the factors impacting readiness and performance are accelerated through today’s marketplace. We will discuss how the top performing human resources teams focus on establishing key capabilities to influence a strategic human capital advantage within their organizations.

In this discussion we will:

• Examine internal and external factors that challenge workforce readiness 
• Highlight key capabilities HR leaders should adopt as cornerstones to establish scalability
• Share examples of success when commitments are applied and sustained in practical application

Registration: MTSU Faculty or Student: $5; All others: $20 by end of business Feb 17, $25 afterwards.

Certification: 1 SHRM and HRCI credit

Rooted in an interest to equip individuals and teams by celebrating strengths and pursing full potential, Troy has taken roles with increasing responsibility throughout his career.  Educated by studies in I/O Psychology and Organizational Management, Troy has worked in a variety of positions as HR business partner leader and Center of Excellence practitioner for organizations in the retail, healthcare and supply chain industries.  Troy is married to Whitney (a MTSU Media and Entertainment alum).  They have one son and reside in Middle Tennessee.
