There are more women than men in the United States.  Over the past decade, female students have graduated from four-year colleges at rates 4-6 percentage points higher than male students.  However, women are hugely underrepresented in leadership positions in nearly every industry and especially in STEM-based careers—where future career opportunities lie.  Why?  What is really holding women back at work?  How can we sustainably ensure all women can thrive in the workplace? To the soundtrack of five powerhouse women of music, uncover what’s really holding women back in the workplace and how we can make work W.O.R.K. for all women.
