Human Resources Networking Group with Alum Speaker - Michael Wright

We are excited to have Michael Wright, an alum of our group, join us to share his transition journey and learnings/insights gained along the way. 

About Michael: After four years in the service industry, Michael began his transition into the Human Resources field in 2020. Navigating his search through various challenges including COVID as well as a relocation from northern Indiana to Nashville, he is currently serving as an HR Specialist for Ardent Health Services’ Corporate Headquarters. In this role, he manages the Onboarding process for all corporate new hires throughout the organization. Michael is a natural introvert and understands the challenges this often presents for job seekers who identify the same way. Through practice within the MTSHRM Transition group, he developed his networking skills and has since been described in his current role as “great at building relationships.” He loves to learn and work with others and is excited for the opportunity to share his experiences with the current transition group.
