Our topic this week is Developing a Market-Ready Resume. The job market is constantly changing. Having a market-ready resume is critical to differentiating you from the competition. Your resume is a marketing tool that should highlight roles and accomplishments relevant to your target position; it is not an exhaustive list of your work history. In this meeting, we will review best practices for creating a market-ready resume, including:
•    Targeting your Resume to Specific Positions
•    Importance of Keywords to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
•    Resume Building Blocks
•    Personal Branding

In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions you would like discussed. Upon joining (via Zoom), you will be asked to:

1. Provide a 30 second introduction.
2. Share your contact information in the chat so others will be able to connect with you. We suggest your name, email address and your LinkedIn Profile URL (optional).
3. Put any questions you have in a separate chat to Lauren Kiproff-Downer and she will compile them for discussion during the meeting.
