Hello everyone!
It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Transition Group meeting! During this time of Halloween, let's talk about the “tricks” and “treats” of Career Transition. Some TRICKS might include being “Ghosted” by a company or recruiter, or not getting a response after applying for an opening. Some TREATS could be getting a call-back after a first interview, or getting a great connection to someone in your target company by having a networking coffee. I'm sure this will be a great discussion!
What other Tricks or Treats have you experienced during your search/transition process? Please come ready to share your stories and offer feedback to others who share theirs. We believe this will be a lively and supportive conversation because we’ve all been there.
In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions you would like to be addressed. Upon joining the meeting (via Zoom), you will be asked to:
1. Provide a 30 second introduction.
2. Share your contact information in the chat so others will be able to connect with you (optional). We suggest your name, email address and your LinkedIn Profile URL.
3. Address any questions you have in a separate chat directly to Lauren Kiproff-Downer and she will compile them for discussion during the meeting.
