Josh Bruketta is a HR Executive who has spent the last 13 years growing his career in the human resources field. He began his career with Caterpillar Inc. as part of the company’s HR Leadership Development Program, specializing in labor relations, shared services, and generalist capacities. Josh spent the next seven years of his career with PepsiCo in its North American Beverages Division. He successfully completed several roles in the field as an individual contributor and leader of HR professionals, supporting sales, manufacturing, and distribution clients ranging from 450 to more than 2,000.

 

Josh then did a brief stint as the Vice President of HR for a small bakery organization, and most recently has spent the past three years at Dawn Food Products, a leader in the baking industry and known for being a part of every special occasion. He joined Dawn as the Sr. Director of People for Supply Chain and Corporate Functions and was later promoted to the VP of People for North America, covering approximately 2,000 team members as the strategic HR leader for the region.

                                                                                      

Josh graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.

 

Josh currently resides in the Brentwood, Tennessee area with his wife, Amy, and two-year old son, Daniel. In his free time, Josh enjoys hiking, running, Orangetheory and CrossFit. He is also a big sports fan and collector of sports memorabilia. He enjoys cheering on the Chicago Cubs, Bulls, Blackhawks, Baltimore Ravens, and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini.
