Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nurture the Next.  In this role, Heather works with the agency to align HR strategy and support initiatives, programs, and practices to the organization’s goals and culture. Prior to joining Nurture the Next Heather served as a Senior HR consult at Gallagher and held leadership roles in Human Resources and Employee Relations at Community Health Systems. Heather serves on the Board for Middle Tennessee Society of Human Resources Management and is a Senior Certified Human Resources professional. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Communication from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Trevecca University. Her experience in non-profit, healthcare, franchise leadership, customer service and consulting provides a wide variety of resources to support any team.

Rochelle Rhodes

Rochelle Garlow has 9 years of experience assessing, developing, and executing Human Resource solutions in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, retail, and insurance. As Senior Manager of Talent Management at BAYADA Home Health Care, she leads the organization-wide strategies for performance management, talent reviews, coaching, and employee development. Rochelle has a distinguished ability to develop creative talent solutions, streamline processes, and build award-winning programs from the ground up to achieve long-term employee engagement and organizational excellence. As a passionate advocate employee-centered workplaces, she studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology at California State University Channel Islands and Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. When she is away from her desk, you can find Rochelle playing tennis, reading, traveling, volunteering, and spending time outdoors with her fur baby, Leonard.
