Jay Brown

As President of Lockton’s Tennessee offices, Jay is dedicated to culture, performance, and business growth. He is responsible for overseeing client relationships, guiding service teams, and advising his clients on human capital and risk management strategies. He is also responsible for delivering an equally great experience to Associates.
As a Producer, Jay is a client advocate and has the ultimate responsibility in delivering all aspects of the customer service experience to clients. 

Ana Sanchez

Ana Sanchez, SHRM-CP, currently holds the position of Employee Advocate Supervisor (HR Generalist Supervisor) at Lee Company. In this role, she has the privilege of overseeing a team of Employee Advocates (HR Generalists) responsible for providing comprehensive support to all employees within the organization. This support encompasses a wide range of functions, including benefits and leaves administration, rewards, employee engagement, retention, and compliance management, all geared towards ensuring the well-being and success of Lee Company's workforce.
