Personal Branding Part I - Creating an Effective 30-Second Elevator Pitch
It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Career Transition Group meeting. This week, we will begin a two-part series on personal branding and career confidence. In today's competitive job market, crafting a powerful personal brand is the key to standing out and unlocking career opportunities. In this series, you will learn strategies to enhance your overall brand image. From LinkedIn to personal marketing briefs, discover the art of creating a compelling online presence, optimizing social media, and leveraging your unique strengths to make a lasting impression.

Kathryn Swanton, MSc (Founder and CEO of Metkat Marketing, see her Biography document further below) will join us Monday to kick off the series with an engaging session on Creating an Effective 30-Second Elevator Pitch. I'm sure this will be a great discussion!

Don't miss the chance to redefine your professional narrative and leave a lasting impact with every connection you meet. Secure your spot now and step into a brighter, more empowered future!

In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions you would like to be addressed. Upon joining the meeting (via Zoom), you will be asked to:

  1. Provide a 30 second introduction.
  2. Share your contact information in the chat so others will be able to connect with you (optional). We suggest your name, email address and your LinkedIn Profile URL.
  3. Address any questions you have in a separate chat directly to Lauren Kiproff-Downer and she will compile them for discussion during the meeting.
Please remember to register for the meeting no later than 1:00 PM CT the day of the event using the link on this page. Registration will close at 1 PM CST and log-in information for Zoom is sent to all registrants in the registration confirmation email.
