With 28 years of corporate experience, an MBA in Marketing, and an MA in Conflict Management, she's a seasoned expert in conflict resolution, communication, storytelling, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dawn's commitment to education and leadership training has positively impacted countless lives as she aims to elevate organizations and leaders through courageous conversations. Dawn's multifaceted talents also shine through her entrepreneurial ventures, 12 years of adjunct professorship, and certifications as a Rule 31 Mediator and Circle Facilitator. In her free time, she's all about family and community service.
