Human Resources Networking Group with Alum Speaker
Hello everyone!
It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Transition Group meeting! We are excited to have Lottye Covington, an alum of our group, join us to share her transition journey and learnings/insights gained along the way.
Lottye's career includes 17 years in Business Development and 7 years as a corporate recruiter for two top 100 companies. Currently, Lottye is Manager of Strategic Enterprise Partnerships for Americares, a global non-profit that provides healthcare for individuals around the world. She has been able to transition successfully between business development and recruiting through the basic skill set of building relationships. Lottye's goal is to continue in the business development arena and train others to develop their skill set.
