Hello everyone!
It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Career Transition Group meeting, Job Search Self-Appraisal. The job search can be an arduous grind, emotionally draining us and taking a toll on our confidence and optimism. When our efforts don't bear fruit, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, and stuck.
One of the most effective, yet underutilized actions to get unstuck is to conduct a "job search self-appraisal," reflecting on a series of powerful questions. These questions will help you "dig deeper" by assessing the search path you have been on, what you have learned, and where you want to go next. Often, the answers will lead to fresh insights, re-energizing you, and your job search. Join us as we explore these questions and learn together. I'm sure this will be a great discussion!
In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions you would like to be addressed. Upon joining the meeting (via Zoom), you will be asked to:
- Provide a 30 second introduction.
- Share your contact information in the chat so others will be able to connect with you (optional). We suggest your name, email address and your LinkedIn Profile URL.
- Address any questions you have in a separate chat directly to Lauren Kiproff-Downer and she will compile them for discussion during the meeting.
