Hello everyone!
It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Transition Group meeting! Our topic this week is Autumn Transitions: Refresh Your Mindset, Renew Your Career Search. As we head into the Fall season, it's a great time to pause and reflect on your search successes and challenges, and recalibrate your strategies and tactics as needed. It's also a great time to pause and consider your mindset: What stories are you telling yourself? Are they keeping you stuck, or moving you forward? We'll talk about the power of mindset and how it impacts your job search approaches, and explore some
