Human Resources Networking Group with Alum Speaker

It is time to reserve your seat for the next MT|SHRM Transition Group meeting! This week, we are excited to have Cody Vanvolkenburg, Europe Simmons, and Kalandrian Davis join us for a HR Recruiter Panel, so come prepared with your job search questions! We will be discussing topics such as:

• Staying open to different job titles, roles, and career paths
• Utilizing job search platforms
• Resume and LinkedIn tips
• Interviewing guidance
• Networking

In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions you would like to be addressed. Upon joining the meeting (via Zoom), you will be asked to:

Meet Your Speakers

Cody Vanvolkenburg leads Find Great People (FGP)'s national healthcare team through business development and executive search efforts. Since joining FGP 6 years ago, Cody has played a critical role in helping client organizations attract and secure top talent for high-level healthcare positions. Cody previously worked with Community Health Systems as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition, leading internal executive recruiting efforts for CEOs and COOs, as well as the CEO development training program.

Europe Simmons serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Ascension Saint Thomas, supporting Saint Thomas Rutherford and the market Nurse Residency program. Europe has worked in healthcare recruitment for 11 years and enjoys the opportunity to impact the care of others by helping candidates follow their passion for patient care. A Tennessee native, Europe currently resides in Thompson's Station with her husband and three cats.

Kalandrian Davis is a Human Resources Professional who is passionate about people, change, and creating opportunity. Kalandrian is celebrating her 10-year anniversary with Vanderbilt Health as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Focused in corporate and research sectors, Kalandrian has worked in HR for 14 years with a dedicated focus in career planning, stakeholder partnership, and technology.
