Presenter: Kimmy Camp, Sr. Program Manager, Talent Management, Red Hat

With nearly 10 years of experience, Kimmy Camp is a Talent Management professional with a passion for Diversity & Inclusion. She’s worked across several different industries from engineering and architecture, healthcare, automotive, river transportation, and now, tech. Kimmy currently works for Red Hat as a Senior Talent Management Program Manager where she supports the performance and development process, which includes goal-setting, feedback, talent ratings, and calibration.

Throughout her career, a common thread in Kimmy’s experience has been “building from the ground up” - creating new talent programs and processes that either didn’t exist before or redesigning them entirely to strategically fit the needs of an organization. She thrives in leading change and bringing others along the way. At her core, Kimmy has a passion for people. She’s built her career on helping others reach their full potential, building strategic partnerships with colleagues to meet customer needs, and fostering inclusive work environments where anyone can thrive.

Kimmy is a proud alum of Middle Tennessee State University’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology Masters program and of The University of Memphis where she received her Bachelors in Psychology. When she’s not working, you can find Kimmy spending time with her husband, furbabies, and friends, indulging on a Netflix binge, and planning her next vacation.
