Program
It is estimated that more than 20% of the population will experience a mental health concern in any given year. It's reasonable to expect that this will affect the workplace. Yet supervisors often feel inadequate when a staff member discloses a mental/behavioral health issue.
Join Insight Counseling Centers for an informative workshop designed to support H.R. professionals, department directors, and CEOs in navigating employee mental health concerns while creating a workplace environment that supports mental wellness.
Learning Objectives:
-
Participants will learn ways to provide a safe space for a mental health conversation between employee and supervisor/H.R. director.
-
Participants will learn about mental health resources to offer employees.
-
Participants will learn how to effectively promote stress management in the workplace and create a culture where stress management is encouraged.
Registration: This event is free to attend, but registration is required.
Certification: Earn 1 hour of SHRM and HRCI Recertification credits
