Peter Buschman

Peter is an Account Manager for Insight Global supporting their Healthcare Division. Peter collaborates with leaders in the industry to understand hiring needs and partners with them to accomplish strategic initiatives through strong and proven talent acquisition strategies.

Matt LeBlanc

Matt LeBlanc is a hands-on Talent Acquisition leader with deep roots in sourcing, full life cycle recruiting (both agency and corporate), and TA operations who brings a data focused approach to all that he does. Currently at GitHub leading Talent Sourcing and TA Operations, Matt has spent the last several years working within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Marianne Thomas

Marianne has been with Randstad for 13 years and is viewed as an industry expert. Her primary focus is on partnering candidates and companies within Business Administration, Operations and Non-Clinical Healthcare industries. She is the Managing Director of Staffing over Nashville and Knoxville, TN. She enjoys fostering long term relationships with companies and individuals in the job market. Marianne is an Alumna of Middle Tennessee State University where she obtained her bachelor degree in Business Administration.
