Presenter Biography: Monique Little, M.A.

Monique Little, M.A., earned her Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. As the Manager of Organizational Strategy & Development at the TSBDC State Office, she plays a key role in driving data-driven decisions, supporting staff development, and guiding strategic planning while focusing on ways to enhance organizational performance and foster positive change. With experience in project management, communication, and team leadership, Monique brings a thoughtful and practical approach to solving organizational challenges.
