Meet our Speaker: Neema Mehta

Born in Zambia, and raised in India and the United States, Neema Mehta has lived and worked in China, India, Thailand, and Singapore across multiple industries including Energy, Tech and Healthcare. Neema is driven by helping build strong teams and communities focused on compassionate culture, inclusive environments and strong leadership. Her focus for the last 15 years has been on building Leadership, Talent & Performance Management CoEs to support and develop talent across organizations.

Neema has led change management and organizational design for large-scale restructuring efforts, built CoE organizations to streamline service functions, and delivered HR business services for global industrial transformation projects.
