Meet Our Speaker - Ryan McCullar, Senior Heath & Benefits Consultant, Arthur J. Gallagher

Ryan specializes in providing benefits & HR consulting services for large and mid-sized employers of varying industries. He leads overall strategy and coordinates resources spanning from carrier negotiations, communications, compliance, financial modeling, health risk management & wellbeing deliverables. Ryan is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of industry experience. He began in the industry as a medical underwriter in 2012 and later joined a multinational consulting firm as an H&B Consultant in 2015. In 2021, Ryan joined Gallagher, where he utilizes his expertise to help organizations grow and invest in their people.
