🤝 Interview Workshop: Practicing the STAR Method
We are excited to have Kelli Whitman join us to share her insights on the STAR Interviewing Method, a structured and effective approach to answering behavioral interview questions by explaining past experiences and demonstrating relevant skills. In this session, we will:
✅ Deep dive into using the STAR method in job interviewing
✅ Practice using the STAR method with other participants
✅ Debrief the practice breakouts to share learning and insights

Kelli Whitman is currently a HR Specialist at Premise Health who recently transitioned to this role after over a decade in Talent Acquisition. Her background spans both agency and corporate environments, with expertise in recruiting for technical, corporate, and leadership roles. Kelli holds the SHRM-CP, the SHRM People Manager Qualification (PMQ), and the SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential. She is passionate about equipping HR professionals and job seekers with practical, effective tools—especially when it comes to structured interviewing. |
