Marla Lamont has over 20 years experience in talent acquisition, successfully leading teams for major organizations including HCA and Tractor Supply, and is currently Director Talent Acquisition with Lifepoint Health. Her career has spanned both corporate and third-party staffing organizations, with particular focus on recruiting for technical and healthcare roles.
Rick Kloete is President of Kloete Group, an Executive Search Firm serving global and nationwide clients in need of filling their critical mid to senior-level leadership roles. Rick's expertise and 8-step recruiting process consistently deliver outstanding results for his clients regardless of industry or functional title.
Rick has over 25 years of recruiting experience, including corporate roles with Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Verizon, and others. Having experienced transition in his own career, Rick is passionate about helping companies and professionals navigate the challenges of making great hiring decisions and career transitions for maximum results. He is also a speaker, leadership and career development expert, and enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, golf, chess and sports.
Kristin Swaffer is the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for Ascension Saint Thomas. She has been with Ascension for over 6 years, leading their recruiting efforts in Middle Tennessee. Kristin has been recruiting and leading talent acquisition teams for the past 14 years and has loved every minute of it.
Kristin is a proud alumnus of the University of Kentucky, where she earned a BA in Journalism. She spent several years working in Television prior to finding her true calling in the Recruitment industry. Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Paul and their son, Frank along with their 4 dogs. You can also find her cheering on her UK Wildcats and the Tennessee Titans!
