Chloe is currently a Senior Consultant in the Value Advisory Group within Dayforce. She has a passion for leadership, technology and strategy and how each is integrated into our human capital management solutions. She received her BComm Hons from Queen's Smith School of Business and has continued her education in Executive Project Leadership(Queen's University), Project management (PMI CAPM), Financial Asset Management (PFP), Genrative AI for Project Managers (PMI), Securities Trading (CSI), Cost Engineering (Cleopatra) and Risk Management. In her current role she leads cross-functional internal teams to work with executives and practitioners to help shape their organizational/human capital management (HCM) transformation agenda. She supports the Senior team as they run complex engagements with Dayforce customers and also supports the development of thought leadership assets with a combination of management consulting skills, project management skills, and executive presence. She also has her Queen’s Professional French post-graduate designation in progress which allows her to work in both of Canada’s official languages fluently. In her time away from work, you can find her playing golf, soccer, tennis, doing yoga and Pilates or planning her next adventure. She loves to travel and immerse herself in new cultures and learn lessons from each country she visits. |
