Presented by: Eli Perkins, InteraWorks, Relationship Lead & Facilitator

When everything feels urgent, nothing moves forward. HR and talent leaders often face a swirl of competing priorities, new initiatives, and shifting expectations—leaving teams stretched thin and progress stalled. This session offers a practical way to cut through the noise and bring clarity to what matters most. Instead of adding another layer of complexity, we’ll explore a simple planning approach that helps leaders and teams focus on the few priorities that truly drive results.

You’ll experience part of this proven methodology—used by organizations like Dell, Ericsson, and Honeywell—to see how big goals can be translated into a concise, actionable plan that fits on a single page. We’ll discuss how to align priorities across roles, create accountability without bureaucracy, and sustain momentum over time. Whether you’re supporting new leaders, rising executives, or organization-wide initiatives, this framework provides a scalable, human-centered way to plan and execute with confidence.
