Danny Aaronson, CEO, Tuned
Danny Aronson is the Co-founder and CEO of Tuned, the first hearing care benefit designed to make comprehensive hearing health as accessible as dental and vision coverage. A lifelong sound professional turned healthtech entrepreneur, he founded Tuned after experiencing firsthand how fragmented and inequitable the hearing care system can be, driving his mission to “give ears a voice in healthcare” through preventive, virtual audiology. A classically trained composer and graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Buchmann–Mehta School of Music, Danny built a leading post-production sound studio, served as Creative Director at Soundhouse, and later led KDA Communications. He also co-founded EVEN, a personalized audio technology company that patented adaptive sound algorithms foundational to Tuned’s data-driven approach. With over two decades at the intersection of sound, technology, and human experience, Danny now leads a multidisciplinary team advancing hearing care as a mainstream employee health benefit.
