💡Connecting the Dots: Using AI to Bring Your Job Search into Focus

Job searching often feels like managing a hundred loose pieces at once—resumes, applications, networking, interviews, and next steps. This practical, beginner-friendly session explores how AI can help you pull those pieces together into a clearer, more focused job search.
We’ll look at simple ways to use AI as a supportive assistant—helping you organize your thinking, refine your messaging, and reduce overwhelm—without losing your voice or control in the process.
No technical background required. Just approachable tools to help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

During the meeting, participants will:
  • Provide a brief introduction (elevator pitch)
  • Share contact information (optional: name, email, and LinkedIn URL) to connect with others.

Date/Time: February 9, 4:00 PM CST (via Zoom)
Registration Deadline: 1:00 PM CST, Monday, February 9
Register here to reserve your spot!

In advance of this meeting, please think of any questions you would like discussed. Upon joining (via Zoom), you will be asked to:

  1. Provide a 30 second introduction.
  2. Share your contact information in the chat so others will be able to connect with you. We suggest your name, email address and your LinkedIn Profile URL (optional).
  3. Put any questions you have in a separate chat to Lauren Kiproff-Downer and she will compile them for discussion during the meeting.
  4. Not use any type of AI notetaker or recording during the session.
