Leading Forward: Celebrating Impact, Connection, and Community

Join us for an inspiring evening reception created to honor leadership, elevate community impact, and foster meaningful connections across Middle Tennessee and beyond.

This special event amplifies MTSHRM’s mission by expanding visibility, strengthening community partnerships, and commemorating MTSHRM’s 50th presidency through purposeful and inclusive action. You will enjoy a welcoming networking atmosphere alongside professionals, executives, and community leaders from across the region.

A highlight of the evening will be the Community Nominated Acts of Leadership Recognition, celebrating individuals who embody servant leadership and make a tangible difference through their actions. These recognitions shine a spotlight on real-world impact and the people who are moving workplaces and communities forward. You will receive the form for nomination after you register for the event. 

Attendance is open to all: you do not need to be registered for the People Forward: The Future of Work Summit to join us.

Each $75 ticket includes a contribution to the MT SHRM Scholarship Fund, directly supporting the development of future HR leaders and professionals. Student tickets will also be available for $25.
