Program

Tiffany Mann, Eldercare Coach, will share 10 Employer Best Practices for Creating a Caregiver-Friendly Workplace and why supporting working caregivers is increasingly important for today’s workforce. As the aging population grows, more employees are balancing their professional responsibilities while caring for an older adult in their lives.

In this session, Tiffany will discuss who caregivers are, the challenges they face, and how these responsibilities can impact employees at work. She will share practical strategies for how employers can recognize when support is needed, connect employees with helpful resources, and create workplace policies that better support caregiving responsibilities.

Attendees will also learn how building a culture of empathy and support can improve employee wellbeing, increase retention, and positively impact the organization’s bottom line.
