The Resilient Leader’s Playbook: Being Your Best When Times Are Tough recognizes that every leader faces seasons when pressure mounts, resources shrink, and expectations continue to grow. During these moments, leaders are asked to provide direction, stability, and motivation for their teams—often while navigating their own challenges. In this engaging and interactive session, executive coach and leadership strategist Leslie Beale, PCC, will guide participants through practical strategies for maintaining effectiveness and confidence when the stakes are high.

Participants will explore how stress, competing priorities, and limited resources can affect decision-making, communication, and overall leadership performance. Through real-world insights and discussion, leaders will gain a deeper understanding of the common pressures that arise in challenging times and how to recognize the early signs of burnout or disengagement in themselves and their teams.

This session will also introduce practical techniques for sustaining momentum under pressure, including strategies for prioritization, maintaining clarity of purpose, and leading with resilience in fast-changing environments. Participants will learn how to shift their mindset to view obstacles not as setbacks, but as opportunities for innovation, growth, and stronger team collaboration.
