A practical discussion for HR professionals, business leaders, and people managers on creating workplaces where working parents and family caregivers can thrive—while strengthening retention, engagement, and organizational success.

Meet Our Speakers - 

Leigh Ann Roberts, Co-Founder & VP of The Circle Center, Coach, Consultant and Facilitator

Leigh Ann Roberts is a well-known coach, trainer and workplace culture and conflict consultant in the southeast region.  Having practiced law in Tennessee for almost 20 years, Leigh Ann has mediated and facilitated thousands of hours of conflict resolution for organizations, companies and community groups.  Leigh Ann's collaborative approach helps professionals from all backgrounds gain greater awareness about their own negotiation, conflict and communication styles and how to adapt them for greater success personally and professionally.  Leigh Ann has been called the "Conflict Guru" and her facilitation of work teams going through turbulent change has earned her the reputation of being a go-to resource for organizations looking to manage their culture during rapid growth.  MTSHRM members have enjoyed previous presentations from Leigh Ann on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Creating a Mentoring Culture, Women in Leadership and more.  

Founding member of the Circle Center and Brentwood firm of Papa & Roberts, PLLC, Leigh Ann has advised many professionals and corporations, for and nonprofit, in Tennessee. Leigh Ann previously served as a Tennessee Assistant Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division and is a member of the Tennessee Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, Association for Conflict Resolution, Past President of the Tennessee Association for Professional Mediators, Past Chair of the Nashville Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and is a mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association; the Tennessee, Mississippi and National Academies of Mediators, Arbitrators and Distinguished Neutrals; and, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Leigh Ann lives in Nashville with her husband and Circle Center co-founder Tracy Roberts and their two rescue puppies Sophie & Emmett.

Darryll Stinson, Co-founder of Seeding Greatness, Professional Speaker and Humanitarian
