Turbulence in public settings has become a common occurrence across the United States. In the workplace, there are often subtle, yet discernable signs that leaders and employees need to better understand. Additionally, companies need to update (or create) immediate response plans and actions.
In this session, our distinguished panel will address this sensitive and important topic. Specific topics addressed will include:
- Discuss common and uncommon signs of mental, emotional and psychological stressors and symptoms
- Describe methods and best practices that will encourage awareness and empower teams and individuals to be more aware and responsive to possible signs
- Recommend practical and immediate solutions for companies with limited or outdated responses to real-world situations involving extreme violence in a workplace setting
- Offer immediate and actionable case studies of companies/organizations that have made rapid strides in this subject matter in recent years
Schedule: Doors open at 11:00 am for registration and networking. Buffet lunch begins at 11:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 12:00 noon.
