Total Rewards: Balancing Generational Expectations

Attendees will learn best practices for developing a strong Talent Rewards package, the tools used to find out what matters to the employees in their organizations and how to persuade the C-Suite on the proposed strategy.  In addition to sharing thoughts regarding which rewards are important to each generation in today's workplace, participants will have an opportunity to ask the panelist questions regarding communicating changes to rewards packages and the advantages and disadvantages for offering different plans for different work groups.

Schedule: Registration and Networking open at 4:30 pm; Presentation 5:00-7:00 pm.

Parking information/directions:
Boone Hall, on the Trevecca campus, is located to the right as soon as you enter the gated entrance to Trevecca. There are two free parking lots,one to the left of Boone (which is the church parking lot) and one to the right just beyond Boone and the health care building. Room 115 can be accessed through the Boone CUBE double doors (middle of the building). Take the hallway to the left once you enter the building all the way to the end and the room will be on your left when you turn the corner.

Biographies:
Roslian Humphrey is a 10 year benefits/compensation professional who has worked for a variety of organizations large and small and for-profit and non-profits. She is currently responsible for the day-to-day administration of processes and procedures required to manage all benefit plans, including vendor relations and management, participant support, communication and compliance of employee benefit plans, including internet enrollment system.

Pamela deVeer is a Senior Compensation and Benefits Executive with 15 plus years of experience. Able to manage large, complex, strategic and tactical projects. Significant experience with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; plan design and terminations; union negotiations; and global governance. Team player who excels at developing relationships, teams, working cross functionally, and managing vendors. Innovative problem-solver with strong analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills.
