Are you a certified professional?

SHRM's new certification path is easy as 1-2-3 and it’s free. As a result of your proven knowledge and skills, you are already eligible to earn the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.

If you have earned an existing certification (PHR®, SPHR®, GPHR®, HRBP®, HRMP®*) and are in good standing or you became certified by January 31st, 2015, you will be eligible for SHRM's new certification—at no cost—by completing the following three simple steps between January 5 and December 31, 2015:

1. Document that your current certification is in good standing.
2. Sign the Code of Ethics.
3. Complete a brief online tutorial on HR competencies.

Once you complete this process, you will earn the new SHRM credential and begin a three-year recertification cycle.

MT|SHRM will be offering our Certification Preparation Course this fall for both the HRCI and SHRM Certification Exams. This 12 week course is facilitator-led, scheduled for Tuesday, September 15 - Tuesday, December 1, 2015 and will be held on campus at Vanderbilt University, Medical Center North, Lecture Conference Room C-2209. There is a limited number of participants and MT|SHRM Scholarships are available for this course.
