Developing Leadership That Matters: An Inside-Out Approach
Presented by Daniel LeBreton
,Corporate Psychologist, Peter Rock Consulting, Inc

Leadership is a profoundly important process in organizations. Great leaders imbue people’s work with meaning and purpose, inspire others to pursue excellence, and great and sustain a vibrant and positive work environment. Bad leaders, on the other hand, demotivate, demoralize, and drive away top talent.

While many managers want to be great leaders and most have good intentions, it takes more than good intentions to practice great leadership.

Daniel will present an elegant leadership framework that can help guide managers toward the kind of leadership practices that inspire people and produce results.

He will also discuss some of the common obstacles that keep most of us from being the leaders we want to be and provide some suggestions on how to overcome these obstacles.

Schedule: Doors open at 8:00 am for registration and networking, presentation starts promptly at 8:30 am.

Registration: MTSU Faculty or Student: $5; Member Registration: $20 by end of business Thursday October 30, $25 afterwards.
