Biography: Kim Vance is a shareholder in the Labor & Employment Department at Baker Donelson's Nashville office. She has 30 years of experience representing management in every aspect of labor and employment law.
Kim’s honors include being listed in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2008, being named among the top 50 female attorneys by Mid-South Super Lawyers (2012 – 2014), and being listed in Best Lawyers in America for Labor & Employment Law (2001 – 2004, 2016).
In addition to her very active legal practices, Kim is an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University, teaching Employment Law 101 in the HR graduate program.
