Retirement Readiness
Presented by Ryan Laderer, AIF, Senior Associate, Mercer

A discussion around the increasing importance of viewing healthcare and retirement benefits as complementary pieces of a total rewards program.  As increasing numbers of employees approach retirement age, looking at these programs together as opposed to separately becomes more and more important.

Ensuring that your teammates can properly prepare themselves for retirement allows employers to continue to prepare your workforce for the coming changes in demographics as the Baby Boomer generation reaches and enters retirement.

Schedule: Networking 8:00 am - 8:30 am, Presentation 8:30 am - 10:30 am.

Free for members, $45 for non-members / Guests* (See below)**

Refreshments: Light refreshments will be available.

*On-line registration will close by end of business 2 days prior to the event. Our ability to accommodate walk-in registrations will be based on space availability.
