Biography: Scott Kelly is Assistant Vice President, Field Compensation at HCA Inc. In this role he leads a team responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of employee pay programs in HCA hospitals and integrated lines of business. Areas of work include broad-based compensation, short-term incentive design, analytics, and program evaluation. Prior to joining HCA in 2005, Scott was a consultant at Mercer in Philadelphia.
