Workplace Conflict Management Systems
Presented by Clay Phillips, MBA (PhD ABD), Bethel Univ. School of Conflict Resolution
![]() |
Clay Phillips, Founding Director of Bethel University’s School of Conflict Resolution, will introduce Workplace Conflict Management Systems (WCMS) and how business impact can be achieved through implementation. WCMS are beginning to emerge as a critical element of the organizational preparedness and risk management plan. WCMS provide the organization with design and structure to prevent, mitigate and resolve internal conflict. |
By creating a conscious focus on internal workplace conflict management through ongoing training, employees develop dynamic practical skills that create healthier and stronger relationships: internal, professional, customer, vendor, and personal. This presentation also addresses potential legal liability issues arising from workplace conflict.
Schedule: Doors open at 11:00 am for registration and networking. Buffet lunch begins at 11:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 12:00 noon.
