Biography: Ms. Mikus runs the HR & Compensation Consulting Practice of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Nashville.  She is a trusted advisor to clients in the areas of HR strategy, policy and program development, as well as employee relations issues and initiatives that support organizational goals and objectives.  Kevie and her team of consultants provide expertise and support to clients in the areas of HR compliance in an effort to mitigate potential legal exposure as well as manage special initiatives/projects such as HR audits, harassment investigations, Affirmative Action Plans, due diligence assessments and integration plans, development of competency models, performance management/appraisal systems, and compensation studies/plans.  Kevie’s role includes supporting each client’s goals and objectives and overseeing the service team assigned to each client to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Kevie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources management from Oklahoma State University and is certified as a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), which demonstrates a mastery in the body of knowledge, practical experience and strategic application of human resources management.  Further, Kevie is a licensed health & life agent in the state of Tennessee.
