Employee Well-Being and What it Means for Employee Engagement, Productivity and Bottom Line Profitability: A Panel Discussion
Presented by - A Panel Discussion
Historically, many of us have thought about workplace wellness in terms of physical well-being. However, more and more research is showing how all aspects of well-being (physical, mental, financial, social, community, purpose) are intertwined. For example, a recent AP-AOL Health Poll on Debt Stress showed that 44% of people with high levels of financial stress had migraines/headaches, compared with only 15% of those with low levels of financial stress.
Think about it – those times when you’ve been physically, mentally, or financially ill – have you had a hard time focusing on your work? We know the facts – taking care of ourselves is important. But knowing and doing are two different things. That’s where workplace well-being engagement is important. Educating, providing resources, creating social support systems are all part of engaging your workforce in their own well-being. And a workforce focused on well-being is healthier, more productive, and engaged – ultimately impacting your bottom line.
Join our panel of experts as we discuss well-being best practices for budgets of all sizes. Attendees will learn:
- How to create and communicate a business case and ROI for workplace well-being plans
- Practical ideas for utilizing resources (even those already in place) for building and communicating well-being plans
- How to measure the effects of your well-being plan
