Crisis Preparation & Response for the Workplace
Presented by Jennifer Smith, LMSW, Program Manager, Crisis Management Strategies
| Every day thousands of people are exposed to traumatic events while in their place of work. Critical Incidents can markedly impact the workplace and cause a number of challenges for the company and their employees. From workplace violence to sudden deaths, from massive layoffs to natural disasters, tragic events attack the productivity and psychological health of employees. Many businesses have not adequately prepared to response to traumatic events and seek guidance on the best handling of an event. | ![]() |
