In today’s aggressive business climate, you need adept workforce planning and analytics to both survive and thrive. Thoughtful workforce planning built on a foundation of strong analytics can deliver meaningful results across recruiting, learning, development and leadership.
For example, what if a portion of your critical talent is likely to retire in 5 years? Wouldn’t you want to know that and begin preparing now?
In order to make progress with workforce planning or any other organizational change, a company must be able to clearly identify its current state and set future goals. Strong analytics can help clarify that current state. In this Special Interest Group session, participants will learn:
- A one-size-fits-all approach to Workforce Planning does not apply in today’s world. Each company’s workforce evolves uniquely and at a different pace. Events such as retirement, voluntary and involuntary termination, disability and death all impact this evolution. Utilizing data-driven tools can provide customized workforce projections to assist you in future planning.
- Learn about trends in technology and best practice approaches in analytics to consider within your organization to assist you in determining future hiring needs, budget projections, and operational training. It is important to understand the human capital realities at hand in order to make more informed talent decisions now and in the future. Whether you leverage a third party solution such as Gallagher’s proprietary Workforce Planning Tool or you develop your own analytics program using your existing data, now is the time to utilize data to plan for the future.
We would like for all participants to complete a brief 5-question survey prior to the event - we will showcase your the data from the responses during the session. Please click on the link below to complete the survey: ![]()
