Sitel’s Compass®: Using Employee Listening Tools to Inform, Cascade and Measure Culture Change Initiatives
Presented by Jolene Skinner, PhD, Global Director of Engagement and Culture, Sitel
![]() |
Over the past year and a half, Sitel has been going through a culture change and employment rebranding process focused on a people-first initiative. The work began with employee survey feedback, utilized leader and employee focus group feedback as a way to shape and cascade the changes and then leveraged the annual employee survey to once again measure progress on the culture change. This presentation will showcase how employee listening tools can inform, shape and measure large, global change initiatives, as well as operationalize culture change in order to create buy-in with leadership. |
You're invited to join local HR professionals, including up and coming professionals while enjoying breakfast, networking, and listening to a dynamic speaker talk about their expertise on a current topic in HR.
In addition, at this meeting we will have an opportunity to take $15 professional headshots, with all money collected being donated to Beesley Animal Hospital.
Registration: MTSU Faculty or Student: $5; Member Registration: $20 by end of business Wednesday October 26, $25 afterwards.
