Presented by
Dan Ryan, SPHR, MBA, Principal at Ryan Search & Consulting

What does the future hold for performance management? Just saying the words “performance review” can clear a crowded room of subordinates and supervisors alike. Long time Senior HR professional and Performance Management expert, Dan Ryan will share current research into the topic and the direction it appears to be going. Are there new and more effective strategies for organizations to use that won’t cause feelings of avoidance and aggravation? Or are strategic leaders promoting more of the same in this area? Come and find out more on the latest trends in performance management so that you can effectively lead the people practices of your organization.

This session will discuss one of the most widely discussed and commonly disagreed about topics not only in HR, but in the workforce - Performance Management. What does the future hold for performance management? The presenter will also facilitate a discussion regarding the components that would be/are most effective for the organization they work with.
