A New Administration: What to Expect and What to Watch Out For
Presented by Luther Wright, Jr., Of Counsel, Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C.

The 2016 elections could have long-term effects on all areas of the law, including employment law. On the national level, we will have a new president, Republican majorities in the House and Senate, and a new Supreme Court justice. Find out how the election results may impact your workplace for the forseeable future.

This presentation will address how the Trump Administration will affect employment policy on the federal and state levels, and will address the challenges that may arise in the workplace due to these changes and the uncertainty surrounding them.  Attendees will learn what employment regulations are likely to be removed or amended, new regulations that are expected to be enacted and techniques for dealing with hut botton issues already present in the workplace.

Schedule: Doors open at 7:00 am for registration and networking. Buffet breakfast begins at 7:20 am, and the presentation starts promptly at 8:00 am.
